1. Choose your base

What's included
  • A new-look shop-front website, free, made for phones first from your own photos, words and prices. Already have a site you like? We add our enquiry form to it.
  • Every website enquiry lands in your back office and gets an email reply straight away, answered from your own information. Anything about price or out of the ordinary comes to you.
  • Bookings: customers pick a time that's actually free, it lands in your own calendar, and they get a confirmation and a reminder.
  • Your back office: one app on your phone for every enquiry, booking and order.
  • Your domain name connected for you, free. It stays in your name.

What's included
  • Everything in Agentic Base.
  • Your own business number. You keep your mobile: the calls you can't take divert to it.
  • You're on the tools and the phone rings out. Within seconds the caller gets a text asking what they need. Their reply, and any voicemail typed out, land in your back office as a job. You can switch it off.
  • Customers can text your business number, and you reply from your back office.
  • The caller can book themselves into a free time, and reminders go by text.
  • Urgent, or asks for you by name? It's handed straight to you.

From you: call divert switched on with your phone company (most plans include it), your hours and your job types.

Includes: 100 texts or missed calls a month.

2. Add what grinds: with your customers

What it does
  • Customers order ahead on your website, by text, or by phone: they say their order after the tone and it's typed out for you.
  • Orders in a Facebook or Instagram message, too, and the Ready message goes back in the same chat. Those orders use no texts at all, so we point your regulars there.
  • Each order is read against your menu, read back to the customer, priced and confirmed.
  • Pay now by card or Apple Pay, or pay at the counter. The money goes straight to your own Square account.
  • Every order lands on one counter screen. Press Ready and the customer gets a text.
  • Allergies, off-menu requests and big orders go to a person.

From you: your menu with prices and sizes, and a Square account.

Includes: 200 texts a month. Facebook and Instagram orders use none. Card fees are Square's, paid by you.

What it does
  • The same questions, again and again: open hours, prices, do you service my area. Answered in seconds from what you've told us.
  • Wants to order or book? They get the right link straight away. With Order ahead, the order is taken right there in the chat.
  • Hands over to you by the rules you set: a complaint, a price that's not on the list, or "can I talk to someone?"
  • Every conversation shows in your back office, and you can reply from there.

From you: admin access to your Facebook Page and Instagram, your prices, hours and area, and your ten most common questions.

What it does
  • When a job is done or an order collected, the customer gets a friendly text with a one-tap link to leave a Google review.
  • One polite reminder a few days later, never more.
  • Each new review gets a reply drafted in your voice. You OK it and it's posted.
  • A low score? You're told straight away, so you can make it right.

From you: manager access to your Google Business Profile.

Includes: 100 texts a month.

What it does
  • Snap photos into your back office as you work. Up to three posts a week are drafted from them, in your voice.
  • You approve with a tap. Ask for a change and it's redrafted.
  • Published to Facebook and Instagram at the times your customers are on.
  • Nothing posts without your OK.

From you: your Facebook Page and Instagram connected, photos as you go, and what you want to be known for.

In the office

What it does
  • Every email sorted into three piles: needs you, reply drafted, filed.
  • Replies drafted in your own voice, waiting in your Drafts folder for you to send.
  • The common questions you approve (hours, "where's my quote?", "do you do…?") can be answered automatically. Everything else waits for you.
  • One morning summary: how many need you, and the urgent ones by name.
  • Website enquiries are already answered in your base. This is everything else in your inbox.

Includes: up to 2,500 emails a month, about 80 a day. Busier? Top-ups are $10.

From you: your Outlook or Gmail connected, a few of your own replies to learn your voice, and who counts as urgent. On a personal Gmail address? We set you up with email on your own business name, and your old address forwards to it.

What it does
  • Shifts, classes and jobs filled from your rules, and staff get their shifts by text.
  • A cancellation offers the spot to the next person on the waitlist.
  • Rain on the forecast? Outdoor jobs are moved and the customers told.

From you: your roster or class list, your rules (who can do what, how many per class), and staff mobile numbers.

Includes: 100 texts a month. Pay and award rules stay in your payroll system.

What it does
  • Mark the job done and the invoice is made in Xero and texted to the customer with a link to pay by card.
  • Polite reminders on the days you choose, firmer if you want them, until it's paid.
  • A text to you when the money lands. Who owes what is always in your back office.
  • The customer gets a receipt link once they've paid.

From you: your Xero connected, your payment terms, and how firm the reminders should be. On MYOB or QuickBooks? Ask us about a custom module.

Includes: 100 texts a month. Card fees and your Xero subscription are paid by you.

What it does
  • Take a photo of the receipt in your back office, or forward a supplier's bill by email.
  • The supplier, total, GST and date are read for you, and the sums are checked.
  • It's matched to the job it belongs to, so you know what each job really cost.
  • Filed in Xero against the right expense type. No Xero? Download it all for your bookkeeper, with the quarter's GST added up for your BAS.
  • Can't read it, a big amount, or no job matches? You get one quick question instead of a guess.

From you: Xero connected (or not), your list of expense types, and your bookkeeper's OK on how things are filed.

Texts: none needed.

What it does
  • SEO (search engine optimisation): your website, Google profile and local listings set up so Google shows you for the searches your customers make, in your area.
  • AEO (answer engine optimisation): more people now ask an AI. We make sure ChatGPT, Google's AI answers and Perplexity can read who you are, what you do and where, and recommend you.
  • Your Google Business Profile completed and kept current: services, prices, hours, photos.
  • The questions customers really ask, answered on your own site.
  • A short monthly report in plain words: where you show up, what the AIs say about you, and what we changed.

From you: manager access to your Google profile. It runs on the website we build for you.

Not included: blog writing, link building and ads. Ask us for a price.

What it does
  • A morning briefing: today's jobs, who's booked, who owes you, what needs you first.
  • Ask it anything about your business: "Who still owes me from last month?" "What's on Thursday?" "Draft a quote for the Smiths' bathroom."
  • It chases the follow-ups you'd forget, and reminds you of what's slipping.
  • It reads the modules you have: the more it can see, the more it can help. It drafts, you decide. It never sends money or signs anything.

From you: a first chat about how you like things done. Works best with Email sorting and Invoicing.

Includes: a daily briefing and about 300 questions a month. Busier? Top-ups are $10.

Texts: chat with it in your back office for free, or by text on Text & Phone, from your included texts.

Good to know

The small print, in plain words.

Which base do I need?Agentic Base if your website, enquiries and bookings are the job. Text & Phone if you're on the tools and the phone rings out. Some modules text your customers, so they need Text & Phone.
Is there a set-up fee?No. We set everything up, test it with you on your own phone, and the price starts when it goes live. A custom module is talked through and priced with you.
Monthly or yearly?Month to month, or pay for 11 months up front and get 12. Leave early on a yearly plan and the unused months are refunded at the monthly price. Top-ups are paid as you buy them.
What's included?Your plan includes a set number of texts each month, shown in your quote. A missed call counts as one. We'll let you know when you've used 80%. Need more? Top-ups are $10 for 100, and can top up automatically up to a monthly limit you choose. Unused monthly texts don't carry over; top-ups last 12 months. Texts are up to 160 characters, and we keep ours short. Facebook, Instagram, email and back-office messages are free.
What do I pay for myself?Your domain name, card fees on payments (Square or Stripe), your own Xero subscription, and business email if you move off a personal Gmail. They stay yours if you leave.
And the AI?Included in every price. Email sorting covers up to 2,500 emails a month, and the Chief of Staff a daily briefing plus about 300 questions. Busier than that? Top-ups are $10. Everything else is built for normal small-business use, and if yours is unusual, we'll talk.
Can I stop?Yes. No lock-in. Your accounts, your Google profile and your domain stay yours.
